met deze klant dateren van <strong>Batireno 2024<\/strong>. Het project werd daarna stap voor stap bijgestuurd. Na een plaatsbezoek in oktober werd de definitieve oplossing vastgelegd.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Een \u201csleutel-op-de-deur\u201d-aanpak: verwijdering, reiniging en nivellering<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Voor de start van de werken wenste de klant dat wij alles zouden verzorgen: het verwijderen van de slecht bevestigde OSB-vloer, het wegnemen van de verouderde isolatie (rotswol) en het opnieuw opbouwen van een proper en functioneel geheel.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Losse cellulose: prestaties en comfort op zolder<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We focusten op de isolatie van de zoldervloer met een biogebaseerde isolatie: cellulosevlokken, zoals voorgesteld in de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iseoprojection.com\/nl\/biogebaseerde-isolatie\/\"><strong>biogebaseerde isolatieoplossingen<\/strong><\/a> van ISEO Projection. Deze aanpak is bijzonder geschikt voor niet-bewoonde ruimtes (verloren zolders), zoals toegelicht in de informatie over <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iseoprojection.com\/nl\/woningisolatie\/dakisolatie\/\"><strong>dakisolatie langs de binnenzijde<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Centrale verhoging en bevestigde ventilatie<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Er werd een centrale verhoging van 2 m voorzien zodat de klant een opslaggang kon behouden. We controleerden ook de goede ventilatie van de zolder (bevestigd tijdens de plaatsbezoeken) en konden het bestaande dampscherm behouden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Wordt uw isolatieproject onze volgende realisatie?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bij ISEO Projection weerspiegelt elke werf ons engagement voor <strong>kwaliteit<\/strong>, <strong>betrouwbaarheid<\/strong> en <strong>klanttevredenheid<\/strong>.
