css=&#8221;&#8221; el_class=&#8221;custom-white&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Het werk van ons team<\/h2>\n<p>Deze werf werd uitgevoerd in het kader van <strong>een grondige renovatie<\/strong> na een <strong>energieaudit<\/strong>. Doel: alle structurele delen van de woning isoleren volgens de aanbevelingen van de energiedeskundige. Zo kon de klant profiteren van energiepremies van het Waals Gewest.<\/p>\n<h3>Zolderisolatie voor een polyvalente ruimte<\/h3>\n<p>Op de zolder werd ervoor gekozen om niet het dak maar wel de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iseoprojection.com\/nl\/woningisolatie\/zolderisolatie\/\">zoldervloer te isoleren<\/a><\/strong>. We hebben er <strong>13 cm HFO-schuim<\/strong> met hoge dichtheid aangebracht, wat zorgt voor uitstekende isolatie en tegelijk een functionele opslagruimte behoudt. Op de bestaande betonvloer werd een isolerende chape gelegd voor een vlakke, stevige basis.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Muurisolatie zonder ruimteverlies<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>De <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iseoprojection.com\/nl\/woningisolatie\/muurisolatie\/\">buitenmuren<\/a> werden met hetzelfde hoogwaardige schuim ge\u00efsoleerd. Dankzij de hoge prestaties met een beperkte dikte bleef het bruikbare volume van de kamers behouden, cruciaal in deze woning met beperkte ruimtes.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Volledig afgewerkt en geco\u00f6rdineerd<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We stonden in voor de volledige afwerking, inclusief het plaatsen van de <strong>metalen structuren<\/strong>, de co\u00f6rdinatie met de elektricien, het aanbrengen van <strong>11 cm HFO-schuim<\/strong>, de plaatsing van gipsplaten en het afstrijken van de voegen.
