css=&#8221;&#8221; el_class=&#8221;custom-white&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Onze tussenkomst<\/h2>\n<p>ISEO Projection werd ingeschakeld in Spa voor een prestigieus renovatieproject: het vijfsterrenhotel \u201c<em>Les Bains de Spa\u201d<\/em>, onder leiding van bouwbedrijf DENYS.<\/p>\n<h3>Isolatie van vloeren en kelders<\/h3>\n<p>Het project werd uitgevoerd in verschillende fasen vanaf juni 2024, met een laatste tussenkomst in maart 2025, gericht op de isolatie van de vloeren van de inkomzone op het gelijkvloers en de kelders waarin zich het zwembad, wellness en behandelruimtes bevinden.<br \/>\nIn totaal werd 1526 m\u00b2 vloer ge\u00efsoleerd met verschillende diktes van het gesloten-cellig HFO-schuim, een materiaal met uitstekende thermische prestaties, perfect afgestemd op het intensieve gebruik en de hoge eisen van een hotelcomplex van dit niveau.<\/p>\n<h3>Een technisch project met hoge eisen<\/h3>\n<p>Het project vereiste een strikte organisatie, vooral op het gebied van veiligheid: elk teamlid volgde een verplichte opleiding om toegang tot de werf te verkrijgen, met badgesysteem aan de ingang.<br \/>\nOok de planning was een uitdaging, waarbij soms tot op een halve dag nauwkeurig moest worden gewerkt, afhankelijk van de aanwezigheid van andere vaklui op de werf.<br \/>\nDankzij onze ervaring en flexibiliteit konden wij de deadlines respecteren en werk van hoge kwaliteit leveren, volledig in lijn met de verwachtingen van de klant en de standaarden van dit prestigieuze etablissement.<\/p>\n<h3>Een ambitieus project met een correcte uitvoering<\/h3>\n<p>ISEO Projection bewijst opnieuw zijn bekwaamheid om complexe projecten aan te pakken, met technische expertise en een feilloze co\u00f6rdinatie.
