css=&#8221;&#8221; el_class=&#8221;custom-white&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>De interventie van ons team<\/h2>\n<p>In maart 2025 werd ons team gevraagd om in te grijpen op de werf van een oud landhuis dat volledig gerenoveerd werd. Ons doel? De schuine kanten van het dak in de kamers en de zoldervloer isoleren om de energie-effici\u00ebntie van deze woning te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<h3>Dakisolatie<\/h3>\n<p>Voor de schuine kanten van het dak hebben we eerst een structuur in Metalstud geplaatst en daartussen 17cm isolatieschuim \u00a0gespoten op een oppervlakte van 125m\u00b2. Bij deze interventie werd het schuim nauwkeurige bij gesneden waar nodig om een uniforme en effectieve dekking te garanderen voor het plaatsen van de afwerrking achteraf.<\/p>\n<p>Voor we de gyproc-platen konden bevestigen hebben we eerst een dampscherm aangebracht omdat het onderdak niet waterdampdoorlatend bleek te zijn. Dit om condensatie en houtrot te voorkomen in de toekomst. Alles werd schilderklaar afgewerkt met gyproc-platen.<\/p>\n<h3>Isolatie van de zoldervloer<\/h3>\n<p>Op de niet bewoonde zolder hebben we gekozen om de vloer van 66m\u00b2 te isoleren tussen de houtstuctuur. Waarom? Om te voorkomen dat de warmte van de onderliggende ruimtes zou stijgen naar een ruimte die niet bewoond wordt.<\/p>\n<p>We moesten wel dezelfde dikte spuiten als bij een dakisolatie om in orde te zijn met de norm nl. 17cm. Deze zoldervloerisolatie wordt aanzien als dakisolatie. Het schuim sluit ook mooi aan op het schuim van de schuine kanten op de verdieping eronder zodat we een continue isolatie konden garanderen met 100% luchtdichtheid.<\/p>\n<h2>Een oud huis renoveren?
