css=&#8221;&#8221; el_class=&#8221;custom-white&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Onze interventie<\/h2>\n<p>ISEO Projection werd ingeschakeld voor isolatiewerkzaamheden in Luik, aan de Quai de Rome, voor een groot hoogbouwproject uitgevoerd door Bernard Construction. Het gebouw, gelegen tegenover het park van la Boverie, heeft 11 verdiepingen die ge\u00efsoleerd moesten worden.<\/p>\n<h3>Een project in twee fasen over 11 verdiepingen<\/h3>\n<p>Dit project werd in twee fasen uitgevoerd: de verdiepingen 1 tot 7 werden begin februari afgewerkt, terwijl de verdiepingen 8 tot 11 eind februari werden voltooid.<\/p>\n<p>Op elke verdieping heeft ons team een laag van 3 cm Tremblex-schuim aangebracht, gevolgd door 3 cm HFO-polyurethaan schuim, voordat de afwerking voor vloerverwarming werd uitgevoerd. Dit proces zorgt voor effectieve isolatie op zowel akoestisch als thermisch vlak, voor optimaal comfort voor de toekomstige bewoners.<\/p>\n<h3>Technische uitvoering op een hoogbouwproject<\/h3>\n<p>Met zijn 11 verdiepingen en een hoogte van ongeveer 40 meter, stelde dit project aanzienlijke logistieke uitdagingen. Het was nodig om de spuitpijpen naar alle niveaus te transporteren, terwijl een vlotte werking werd gehandhaafd zonder afbreuk te doen aan de kwaliteit.
