css=&#8221;&#8221; el_class=&#8221;custom-white&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Onze interventie<\/h2>\n<p>ISEO Projection werd ingeschakeld voor de laatste fase van een groot vastgoedproject in het centrum van Eupen, vlak bij het busstation. Dit project, uitgevoerd voor de projectontwikkelaar Progimo, had als doel de vloeren van een residentieel gebouw in aanbouw te isoleren.<\/p>\n<p>Na de behandeling van andere blokken van deze residentie in 2023 en 2024, kwam ons team nu in actie voor het laatste gebouw, met specifieke eisen op het gebied van thermische en akoestische isolatie.<\/p>\n<h3>Een op maat gemaakte behandeling voor elk niveau<\/h3>\n<p>Op de bovenverdiepingen werd een dubbele isolatie toegepast: een eerste laag van 3 cm akoestisch Tremblex-schuim, gevolgd door een laag van 3 cm thermisch schuim, perfect geschikt voor de latere installatie van vloerverwarming.<\/p>\n<p>Op de begane grond, waar de thermische prestatie-eisen hoger waren, werd 12 tot 16 cm polyurethaanschuim aangebracht.<\/p>\n<h3>Logistiek aangepast aan de winterse omstandigheden<\/h3>\n<p>Dit project kende een logistieke uitdaging: de werkzaamheden vonden plaats midden in de winter, tijdens een intense koudeperiode. Om een temperatuur te garanderen die geschikt was voor het spuiten van het PU-schuim, werd een mobiele verwarming ge\u00efnstalleerd om het gebouw op te warmen, waardoor de kwaliteit en hechting van de gespoten producten optimaal bleven.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>ISEO Projection voert uw isolatiewerkzaamheden uit<\/h2>\n<p>Onze interventie op deze complexe werf toont opnieuw onze capaciteit om ons aan te passen aan technische en klimatologische uitdagingen, terwijl we de normen voor energieprestaties en akoestiek naleven.<\/p>\n<p>Heeft u een isolatieproject voor een residentieel gebouw?
