Het huis, gelegen in het midden van het platteland, had schade opgelopen door marters die een groot deel van de oude isolatie van rotswol hadden verwijderd. De klant wilde de isolatie van het dak boven de woonkamer vernieuwen, maar zonder de binnenruimte aan te raken en vooral zonder het dak te verhogen, om de visuele eenheid met de rest van het huis te behouden.<\/p>\n<p>Om aan deze behoefte te voldoen, hebben we het open-cellig ICYNENE Lite + schuim gebruikt, een ideaal materiaal voor dit soort interventie. We hebben een dikte van 24 cm schuim gespoten, nadat de dakbedekking was verwijderd. Deze oplossing maakte het mogelijk om het dak perfect luchtdicht te isoleren, terwijl we rekening hielden met de esthetische en structurele beperkingen van het gebouw.<\/p>\n<p>Zodra de isolatie was gespoten, kon de dakdekker een nieuwe onderdak plaatsen evenals de originele dakpannen terugleggen. Dit zorgde voor de visuele harmonie en de perfecte afdichting van het dak voor een optimale thermische isolatie, terwijl de nadelen van een interne renovatie werden vermeden.<\/p>\n<p>Ons team heeft dit project in een halve dag kunnen realiseren, met snelheid en effici\u00ebntie, om zo volledig aan de verwachtingen van de klant te voldoen.
