ons afwerkingsteam van ISEO Projection begonnen met een project voor isolatie en inrichting van een zolder in Lincent. De eerste fase van de werf bestond uit het installeren van Metal Stud-profielen, een essentieel element om de ruimte van de zolder te structureren. Na deze stap nam onze klant het over om de elektriciteit en een Velux te installeren. Dit vereiste een pauze in onze werkzaamheden om deze installaties mogelijk te maken. We kwamen in juli 2024 terug voor de tweede fase van het project. Ons team ging verder met het spuiten van 18 cm ICYNENE Lite+, om een thermische weerstand van 5 m\u00b2K\/W te behalen. Deze thermische weerstand is in overeenstemming met de huidige normen in Walloni\u00eb voor dakisolatie, waardoor onze klant in aanmerking komt voor premies. Daarna hebben we een dampscherm geplaatst. Deze stap was essentieel aangezien het oude onderdak niet dampdoorlatend was. Dit garandeert optimale isolatie en voorkomt condensatie. Ten slotte hebben we Gyproc-platen geplaatst die mooi glad afgestreken werden. Deze laatste stap is noodzakelijk als voorbereiding voor de schilderwerkzaamheden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Een inrichtingsproject?
