rekening houdend met de aanwezige technische installaties. Het project omvatte het isoleren van een oppervlakte van 88.56 m\u00b2, inclusief de onderkant van de trap.<\/p>\n<p>De complexiteit van het project lag in het aanbrengen van een doorlopende isolatielaag over het hele oppervlak &#8230; ondanks de fysieke beperkingen van het kelderplafond. Hiervoor hebben we PIR-panelen van 10 cm dik gebruikt. Deze keuze stelde ons in staat om een thermische weerstand van 4.55 m\u00b2K\/W te bereiken, wat zorgt voor een optimale isolatie voor onze klant.<\/p>\n<p>Dankzij onze expertise en aandacht voor detail is het kelderplafond nu volledig ge\u00efsoleerd.
