el_class=&#8221;custom-white&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Wat ons team deed<\/h2>\n<p>In december 2023 kregen we de vraag om een deel van het dak van het hoofdgebouw van de boerderij Mehaignoul in Meux te isoleren. We hadden 2 dagen gepland om het dak van 325 m\u00b2 te isoleren, maar het was uiteindelijk klaar in \u00e9\u00e9n lange werkdag.<\/p>\n<p>Toen we deze site bezochten, zagen we dat het dak nog in goede staat was maar dat het onderdak gemaakt was van losse planken met spleten tussen. Het was daarom belangrijk om, voorafgaand aan onze interventie, een beschermingsfolie aan te brengen op het gebinte om te voorkomen dat het schuim tussen de spleten zou kruipen en tegen de leien zou kleven en ook om houtrot te voorkomen door condensatie. Deze folie is namelijk waterdamp-open.<\/p>\n<p>Om deze ruimte af te werken heeft de klant eerst zelf een houten structuur geplaatst om na het schuimen gyprocplaten te kunnen bevestigen.<\/p>\n<p>Het dak werd vervolgens ge\u00efsoleerd met opencellig schuim van het type ICYNENE Lite + met een dikte van 22cm waardoor een thermische weerstand van 6m\u00b2K\/W (R-waarde) behaald werd.<\/p>\n<p>Door deze optimale isolatie is de zolder volledig luchtdicht ge\u00efsoleerd maar open aan waterdamp zodat de ruimte op een natuurlijke manier ademt.<\/p>\n<p>Samenvattend, ondanks de technische beperkingen en de leeftijd van het gebouw, is ISEO erin geslaagd dit gebouw te isoleren en te voldoen aan de eisen van de het energie-effici\u00ebntiesysteem van Walloni\u00eb, door in te spelen op de
