el_class=&#8221;custom-white&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Wat ons team deed<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">Op 4 oktober 2023 kregen we de vraag om <b>het dak van een Destelbergse villa uit de jaren \u201860 te isoleren<\/b>. We kregen drie dagen om de energie-effici\u00ebntie van de structuur te verbeteren, op een totale dakoppervlakte van <b>260 m\u00b2<\/b>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In Destelbergen gingen we anders te werk dan normaal. Zo wisten we dat de helft van het onderdak geen waterdamp doorliet, wat betekende dat we een <b>dampscherm moesten plaatsen<\/b> om het dak volledig te isoleren. Voor de isolatie van het hele dak kozen we voor ICYNENE-schuim met open cellen.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dankzij de <b>kennis van de structuur<\/b> en de <b>juiste keuze van materialen<\/b> slaagden we erin deze werf perfect uit te voeren. Onze keuze voor ICYNENE-schuim met open cellen was bovendien essentieel om een effectieve isolatie te garanderen.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Kort samengevat verhoogden we <b>de energie-effici\u00ebntie<\/b> van de oude Destelbergse villa, m\u00e9t behoud van het <b>historische karakter<\/b> van de woning.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Bij Iseo Projection gaan we geen enkele <b>technische uitdaging uit de weg<\/b>, wat ons streven naar <b>kwaliteit en uitmuntendheid<\/b> bevestigt.
